I’m still waiting on my order, and it’s been really frustrating. Shipping has taken forever, and the tracking barely updates, so I never really know what’s going on. Every time it seems like there’s a delivery date, it gets pushed back again like the goalposts keep moving. Definitely not ordering from here again.

It does work, but maybe it’s just me—I’ve found it a bit hit or miss when it comes to reliability. Sometimes it’s fine, and other times it doesn’t work as consistently as I’d like.

I bought this thinking it’d be something I could just grab and toss in the car, but it’s way more awkward than I expected. It doesn’t fit nicely in my car, and carrying it around by hand ain’t exactly easy.
The whole setup feels kind of clunky too. There are straps and pieces that seem to always be in the way, and it takes more fiddling than it should just to get going.

It’s not like it doesn’t do anything, but for something that’s supposed to make moving stuff easier, it made things more annoying for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It wasn’t the fastest response I’ve ever had, but they were polite and took care of it without making it a big ordeal. In the end, everything got sorted out, so I’d say it was a good experience overall.

It takes forever to get my phone anywhere near full, even when I’m just leaving it on my desk while making coffee or watching TV. A couple of times it even stopped charging when I moved the cable slightly, which got annoying fast. I really wanted to like it, but I’m not happy with it.
